4. Delivery Timeline:

   • Turnaround time for initial drafts is typically 5–7 business days after receiving all necessary information and materials.

   • Revisions are completed within 3–5 business days per round.

Non-Refundable Deposit

• $25 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your consultation for resume services. This deposit ensures we can allocate the necessary time and resources to your project.

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Service Not Initiated:

   • If you cancel your consultation before any work has started, you are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable $25 deposit.

2. Dissatisfaction with Completed Work:

• If you are unsatisfied with the completed resume, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the final draft.

• We offer up to three (3) revisions to address your concerns.

• After the third revision, refunds will not be issued.

Conditions for Refunds

• Refund Requests:

  • Refunds will not be issued if:
