Sarah Ragan

Founder and Owner of Caffeinated Career Creations, LLC
Sarah Ragan, COC, CPC, CPMA, CRC, CEMC, CFPC, Approved AAPC Instructor, has been immersed in the revenue cycle field since 2001. A dedicated member of the Daytona Beach, FL AAPC chapter, she has held leadership roles as Secretary, Vice President, and President. Sarah earned her AAPC certification in 2014 and has since been committed to advancing the profession.
In 2022, she launched Caffeinated Career Creations, a resume business focused on helping individuals, especially newly certified CPC-As, craft resumes that showcase their professional potential. Sarah takes pride in supporting her clients’ career growth with personalized, impactful resumes.
When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys indulging in her love for coffee (sometimes to the point of a good caffeine buzz!), relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her beloved dogs.
Emily Barnette

Emily Barnette, RHIA, CCS, CPC, CPCO, CPC-P, CDEO, CPB, CPMA, CPMS, CRC, CPC-I has spent the last 14 years working in healthcare, beginning in a receptionist role and working her way up through coding, coding education, auditing, and management roles. She has led teams of 30+ associates and has extensive experience screening and interviewing candidates for coding and auditing roles. Emily currently works in a risk management capacity, providing consultative support to the coding and revenue cycle teams for a large multi-state primary care provider group.
In addition to her experience and certifications, Emily holds a Master of Science in health informatics administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and anticipates graduating with a Juris Master in law/healthcare regulation from Florida State University in May 2025. In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and being outside.
Kelly Tarolli

Kelly Tarolli, M.S. in Exceptional Student Education, B.A. in Elementary Education & Specific Learning Disabilities, and A.A. in Early Childhood Education, brings over 20 years of teaching experience across diverse age groups, from pre-kindergarten to adult English language learners.
Kelly’s passion lies in supporting students with special needs, ensuring they have the tools and accommodations necessary to thrive in general education settings and achieve their fullest potential.
In addition to her work in education, Kelly collaborates with Caffeinated Career Creations to help clients expand their professional networks on LinkedIn, fostering meaningful connections and career growth.
Outside of her professional life, Kelly enjoys crafting and baking, spending time with her beloved cats, tending to her backyard flock as a dedicated “chicken wrangler,” and indulging in magical moments at Disney.
